Cute. I like how shiny the eyes are. If there is anything to improve, you could use more color. The detail in the feathers is really intricate and you can see the texture. The bird looks like it has quite a personality as well <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="

I don't really know that much about creating art. But I can appreciate it. You might want to lighten up the dark side of her face so you can see the other eye better. Its kind of bright on one side and dark on the other. You might have been going for that effect though. Great picture
