What makes you happy?

Thinking about positive things makes you reach your goals faster. I try to think of positive things when trying to reach something - instead of thinking about possible loss. In my weight loss journey, which I am currently in, I do not think about the things I cannot eat, but I think of the things that I like and want to eat, and that motivates me, as well as fitness, which I really like.
